Jacob has over 9 years of hands-on IT experience and over 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience. He graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelors in Computer Science with a minor in Cybersecurity in 2020.

Jacob is a systems thinker at heart, with a gift for making complexity feel manageable and harnessing technology and people to drive business success.

Curtis brings over 10 years of business management experience, supported by a background in information technology and cybersecurity. He holds a Cybersecurity & Network Foundations Certificate from SVCC.

Curtis is a strong communicator, building deep relationships with local businesses and driving daily service delivery.

Kiara (“KiKi”) Gravitt

IT Support Specialist

KiKi (pronounced “Key Key”) has a background in information technology and attended the Microsoft Data Center Academy, where she developed strong technical and problem-solving fundamentals. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree with a Networking Specialization from SVCC.

KiKi is a meticulous technologist, working carefully to understand every detail of a problem before implementing a solution.

KiKi holds industry-recognized certifications including CompTIA A+, Security+, and LPI Linux Essentials and Microsoft Office Specialist: Word and Excel Associate
