Curtis Cash

Service Delivery Manager

Curtis brings over 10 years of business management experience, supported by a background in information technology and cybersecurity. He holds an Associate of Applied Science degree with a Networking specialization from SVCC.

Curtis is a strong communicator, building deep relationships with local businesses and driving daily service delivery.

Kiara (“KiKi”) Gravitt

IT Generalist

KiKi (pronounced “Key Key”) has a background in information technology and attended the Microsoft Data Center Academy, where she developed strong technical and problem-solving fundamentals. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree with a Networking Specialization from SVCC.

KiKi is a meticulous technologist, working carefully to understand every detail of a problem before implementing a solution.

KiKi holds industry-recognized certifications including CompTIA A+, Security+, and LPI Linux Essentials and Microsoft Office Specialist: Word and Excel Associate

Dylan Via

Junior Full Stack Developer

Dylan Via holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Old Dominion University and has a strong foundation in the Laravel PHP ecosystem, Java, and Microsoft Azure. He has also gained additional experience working with C++, Python, and MongoDB through other development projects.

Dylan is a collaborative problem solver, diving deep to understand what clients truly need and working closely with the team to build solutions that deliver.

Dylan holds industry-recognized certifications including Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.

Dusan Djordjevic

Junior Full Stack Developer

Dusan is a recent Computer Science graduate from Old Dominion University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Applied Mathematics. His interest in software development began with AP Computer Science in high school and grew through his academic, research, and software development experiences.

Dusan brings hands-on experience in full-stack development, machine learning, and software engineering. He has worked on research involving machine learning and multi-omics data, served as a university tutor for computer science and mathematics, and most recently contributed to the development of an AI-powered invoice processing and purchase order matching application.

Dusan enjoys solving complex problems and understanding how the different pieces of a system work together. His technical background includes Python, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, SQL, Rust, Git, Flask, PyTorch, and MySQL, with a particular interest in full-stack development and building practical software solutions.

Brianna Plautz

Business Development Coordinator

Brianna serves as Business Development Coordinator at Southside Tech, where she partners with local businesses to identify technology solutions that support their goals. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology – Networking from Southside Virginia Community College and a Career Studies Certificate in Cybersecurity.

With more than 10 years of experience in sales and customer service, Brianna pairs technical expertise with a strong commitment to client relationships.

Her industry certifications include CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, and IT Operations Specialist, as well as Linux Essentials.
